We send our sympathy to his family. We always enjoyed his visits to the Ristorante in Newport. As the owners, we have many special customers. Arnie was one of them! Thinking of you!

Arnie was something else. He always had a smile for me as a little guy running up and down the church aisles, or bouncing in the pews. He was thoughtful, kind, and generous. Even after I moved away, got married, and had kids, Arnie would always ask my mom, Marilyn Smith, how I was doing. I would always make sure to ask about him whenever Mom mentioned something going on at church. I loved listening to him play his sax, and I will miss him. What a blessed life he had. We can only hope to equal his accomplishments with the time we have. My thoughts are with his entire family, but I know that the peace of Our Father is with them.
With Fondness, and Love,
Justin

Marilyn and family, please accept my deepest sympathy on the passing of Arnie. He was such a nice man who I had come to know at Valley Health Services. I loved his beautiful smile and how the two of you, Marilyn and Arnie, would light up a room every time you entered. I loved taking pics of the two of you at VHS' holiday parties and activities.
I pray for Arnie to rest in peace and pray for the family to find peace during this difficult time. Take comfort in the memories you have made throughout your life with Arnie. He will always be with you - in your heart and soul. I will miss you, Arnie, as you and Marilyn strolled the corridors at VHS or sat out at the gazebo. God bless the families of Arnie Riggs and rest peacefully dear Arnie. You will be so dearly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing you.

"Aunt" Marilyn and family, know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.
"Uncle" Arnie, tho not related, earned that name at camp many years ago. I will cherish all the memories of camp, fishing off the dock, hanging out "next door" at the Riggs/Morgan camp, the beautiful music at church and much more.
RIP Uncle Arnie, you will be missed.

Mr. Riggs, I always enjoyed spending time with your Family Members and Friends at the Mohawk Reformed Church over the years, always a special time dining in the Church Hall and attending Church Services...A very special treat was when you were a guest accompanist during the Church service playing your Saxophone. Rest In Peace and thank you for sharing your talents and company and thank you for your Service to our Country. God Bless.
