I was saddened to see Tom's passing. I just found out today (Tues, 10/08/19). I'd like to extend my sympathies to his family. Tom & I would often cross paths at Ole Sal's where he got a strawberry milkshake. He loved that and we would talk about all types of things, mostly the Bible because I was a student of Theology. It was always an interesting time. He will be missed and I will treasure those memories I have with him. Blessings to his family. Wanda F. Sewell

Mr. Reilly was a kind, gentle man with a dry sense of humor. I had the pleasure of knowing him through the Herkimer Basloe Library. He was a avid reader & a frequent patron of the Library who ordered many different genres of books from graphic novels to nonfiction books in a variety of subjects. Mr. Reilly loved his books! May he Rest in Peace..Sincere condolences to his Son, Grandchildren & other Family members.

Mr. Reilly was often in Basloe Library ordering books, returning books and talking about books he read ! We had many wonderful conversations about books.
When I called him in the spring to tell him there were books here for him, he told me to send them back because he wasn't driving. I offered to drop them off for him and he was so pleased. We had a nice conversation that day.
He was a warm, gentle man with a dry sense of humor . Rest in peace, Mr. Reilly.
