I remember Leonard as a loving husband and father. He was a strong voice in boy scouts, loved the pancake breakfasts! He was always finding something to smile about even through challenges. I loved helping with the candy sales at the craft fair, and going to their camp at Sylvan Beach. He would come out and talk when I was visiting Mom and Dad. Leonard will surely be missed. I am so sorry he became ill in a time when his loving family could not be with him. My thoughts and heart go out to his family during this time.

My condolences to Mr. Riddell’s Family. I will always remember visiting SBJ in the “Ilion Mall”. Mr. and Mrs. Riddell were such friendly people. Your candy... especially the fudge.. was the BEST. God Bless you and your family.

Uncle Lenny you will be missed beyond words!!! I have so many memories that I will cherish always! Working with you at Head Start, both Little Falls and Ilion was amazing! Eagle Mills, HCCC for candy shows! What a blast! Playing “poop” on your neighbor up at camp and Aunt Phylis telling me to sleep with the money I won! You driving us all including Gram, she got the front seat and we were on folding chairs in the back of the van while Aunt Jill and Justin led us in 110 rounds of “Zippity Doo Dah.” Until we meet again! I’ve know “Mr. Leonard” for 40ish years in many capacities. I started going to their candy shop in their house, then in Fay’s Mall, I then became good friends with Trina and he was also the bus driver at Head Start when I worked there. In EVERY capacity, I can honestly say he was a wonderful man, father and grandfather. He always knew how to make you smile. He is truly going to be missed by all! My heart goes out to his family.
