I am deeply saddened to hear of Julie's passing. I worked with her in Herkimer at Burger King when I was in college way back in 1980. What a lovely young lady she was. She was very sincere, very engaging and interested in the well being of other people. I ran into her a few times over the years, and I noticed how much stronger, determined and focused she'd become. She handled with dignity all of the trials and heartbreaks that came her way, especially her heartbreak for her children. My heart broke for her as I could sense the unimaginable struggle in her heart. May her soul be at peace now, with all that she loved. My prayers are with all of her friends and family.

Ms. Kehoe (at the time) is the only reason I walked across the graduation stage. I didn't have a cap and gown, I missed rehearsals and I didn't want to. When I arrived to watch everyone else walk she rushed to get me a cap and gown, pushed me toward my seat, and told me to do what everyone else did. I couldn't have been happier that she did that for me. I'll never forget it!
