To Annmarie, Jennifer, Donna and all your family,
So surprised to see the notice. I will always remember your father and brother as a good neighbor, who once literally caught and handled a huge snake in my backyard--his days in 'Nam served him well! He cleaned my car so that it was "showroom" clean! My love and sympathy to all.

Mr. Perry never did anything quietly. He also didn't waste his time worrying about much (a good trait;) other than some dust on his cars (I always pointed it out to tease him, LOL.) I'll never forget the hours we spent playing cards, playing pool, holiday gatherings, and arguing over cars (when he was a GM guy, and I was a Ford guy.) He quit drinking (and smoking?) by the time I turned 21. That always impressed me. So we never had a beer together which was probably a good thing. We had some great times, and I had a great walk and chat with him before he moved back out West. I managed to stay on his good side over the years. I wish we had a chance to take a few more walks and a take few more rides.
