Jean and family from your friends and family at the Paines Hollow United Methodist Church we send our prayers and love to you all. Revelation 21:4 And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away. Because He Lives we will be together again in our Lord's Kingdom. Until then Duane, watch over all of us and the light you shown will lead others to our savior.
Lay Pastor Gregg Sponburgh, family and Paines Hollow Congregation

To the Aney Family. I worked with Duane at Herkimer County Highway Department where we developed a great friendship. Through that friendship I came to know how much Duane loved his family and most of all cherished his grandchildren. With belief in Heaven above I know Duane is there with family and friends. Thoughts and prayers! God Bless! Stephen Treen

I remember Mr. Andy when he substituted for our school bus driver. The roads were snowy and slick. The bus got pulled into some snow on a curve ( of course on Fiery Hill) so he asked the kids to move to the right back end of the bus. We did and he got the bus on the road again. Maybe wouldn’t pass muster today but we all liked him and wanted to get home! Loved Mr. Aney.Practical and pragmat! So sorry for his passing. ❤️
