I cannot express enough how sorry I am for your loss. I decided to donate to HCHS in Patrick's name, so many times when I walked by his house he would come out and talk to my dog and tell me about his. You could feel the love he had for dogs. He was always so kind and friendly.

I first met Pat in elementary school and we spent many summers banging around on our bikes, followed by parties in high school and into college. And everytime I visited home, no matter how much time had passed, I could count on Patrick’s smile to brighten any room he was in. Pat, you will be missed by so so many friends and my heart hurts for Sarah, Hannah and Hailey. I hope you are able to find peace in this difficult time! Much love, Liz Daly

I had the pleasure of working with Patrick the first time he came to the Herkimer County Sheriff's Department many years ago. His energy, work ethic, enthusiasm, fairness and so much more was infectious. You wanted to do well when working with Patrick. His laughter rang throughout the jail, his smile lightened all hearts and his friendship treasured. You are loved Patrick and will be forever.

I didn't know Pat that well but the little I did know of him I thought he was such a great guy . If you went on fb he was always so nice , wishing whomever a happy birthday or a positive note , I always thought what a nice guy he's so kind to everyone and I admired his faith . Prayers to his family and friends until you meet him again .

Every word of that beautiful obituary is so true of Pat. My heart hurts for everyone feeling the great loss of Pat passing. He touched many people and was admired greatly. He spoke of his family often and would never forget to hit the dog treat isle on the way back to the pharmacy for med pickup. Sarra, stay strong and talk of him often with the girls. He will surely be watching over you all with love.

Patrick was Roman’s very first Frankfort AYSO coach and he was kind and funny, gentle and instructive, energetic and encouraging. He was all the qualities you look for in a youth coach. Pat, we are forever grateful to you for instilling in our son the confidence and skills to pursue the game and develop a passion for it at such a young age.
To Sarra and Hannah and Hailey- Love transcends all. It transcends space and time. It transcends the physical world and allows us to always be connected to our loved ones. The love you share will not end. It exists. It is real. It is infinite. It will keep Patrick alive in your hearts and minds. When the days feel like all is lost, remember this. Xoxo
With all our Love and Deepest Condolences,
The Harrod Family

Everyone who knew Patrick felt his love for you. He will truly be missed, but we will laugh and cry with all the wonderful memories he gave us. His laugh, his smile and especially his "bear hugs". He is at peace and his unconditional love will stay with us forever. Until we meet again. Thoughts and prayers for his family and friends. Aunt Carol
