Dear Margie, Sandy, MJ, Linda, Dale, Brian, Rebecca and Paisley,
I am so sorry for the loss of Buddy. I know he meant the world to you as you did to him.
He was a gentle, sweet and loving soul, one that I know will be forever missed by his family. Much love to all of you. I regret not being able to attend the services but I am in Florida until Saturday night. Sending hugs to you my friends.

It’s hardest to say goodbye to those who are the easiest to Love.
A good life, a great loss, a rare soul, that was “Our Buddy.
To know Buddy was to love him. He never spoke badly of anyone, and curse words were not part of his vocabulary. He had kind eyes that unveiled his kind heart. Witness his photo.
As his daughter, Sandy, told me through her tears, the strongest language
He ever used, when driven to it, “ ah, “he’s, full of baloney. “ I had to laugh at the sweetness, considering today’s common language, even on the street.
He was a sweet loving man, considerate of everyone.
When just seven years old , he and his six siblings, including five year old twin boys, lost their mother, Julia. A sad, sad, time.
I am comforted by the fact, that he was loved dearly by his Aunt Catherine and Uncle Eck (my grandparents) and the feelings were very mutual.
Years later, he would meet and marry, the love of his life, “Margie”
He would be blessed by three of the most adoring daughters anyone could hope for.
His love was being reciprocated …. A real reason to celebrate his life.
The following are Lyrics are from my grandmother’s favorite song, for obvious reasons. Although it was her favorite, she never heard it without crying… We came to expect that.
“My Buddy” sung by Frank Sinatra
Life is a book that we study,
Some of its leaves bring a sigh,
There it was written, my buddy,
That we must part, you and

My world as I know it has stopped.....I am never going to get my nightly phone calls from my father again, we are never going to be watching from his house to mine our favorite shows, any more Survivor and The Amazing Race,. then to talk about them after. How do I say Good Bye to The Most Important Person in my Life.? How are things Ever going to be the same...Right now, I think I am still in a kind of Shock,. We all are. My poor mother,. sister's and Brian and Dale, How are we going to handle a wake,.How are we going to put how are we going to put his body in the grave ? I look like a freaking turtle, my eyes are so puffed up, when I'm not crying. It' just that he's say "when I'm gone" and I'd say " Dad, your Never going Anywhere". his last words were telling his grandson Brian over the phone that he loved him and he talked to Paisley told her he loved her and said bye bye. my mother and us girls told him we loved him and he said "I love you too",. ahhhh Daddy, my sweet Daddy,.you are in the hands of god now, but FOREVER in my Heart. I want to thank my husband Dale for being there, for us girls and my mother, he told my father that he would take care of his girls,. and he made all the right decisions concerning my dad's health. Where do we go from here.... Linda
