There are really no adequate words to express how Allen and I felt about Donna... she was my mothers childhood friend and then became my mother in laws neighbor and dear friend... so she has been in our lives always . She was a true friend who loved us in the good times and stood by us in the bad times. She helped me with both my campaigns for the school board...and what a resource she was!!!! She was always one for a great conversation and "catching" up. She was to say the least a very strong willed person and in that light I have a funny story to share. When I was at her house preparing to start my first canvass with her for my first board campaign Burrell with a smile said to me I have a piece of advice for you it's always easier to do it Donnie's way. Let's face it she was good at getting things done ... so her way was probably best. We will miss her .... but feel blessed for all the years of friendship she shared graciously with us .... David , Ginny, Mike, Bobby and Bill please know you have our heartfelt sympathy and love at this sad time ... Myra and Allen Fredericks

So sorry to hear of a wonderful woman's passing. We had so much fun together ever since we both worked as nurses aides in LF hospital in the 60's. She was a riot. Then we shared a room at the nursing home when we both had our knees replaced in Hamilton. I'll certainly remember all the good times I had with her and her family visits at the nursing home. She certainly will be missed by me and many others. Please accept my deepest sympathy to the whole family.

We've lost a great woman, so important to our family. She made a connection with every person in our family. She knew our history and entertained us with great stories. She truly had the Irish gift of story telling. We will always be so grateful for her loving giving way and the beautiful legacy she has left us.

We will miss Aunt Donna. Memories of her and Dad sitting at the kitchen table, talking about days gone by, letting those listening a glimpse of their life growing up. She was always so happy to see the family get together and welcome the new comers.
Our deepest condolences to her family.
