Deepest condolences with thoughts and prayers to Vic's family and friends. I remember him and Barbara well, when we contracted with Norman's to have our home sided. They treated us well and no problems. They lived by it's teachings.

I remember working for EH Savage Electric installing "Norman's Modular De-Icing" on dozens of places. He was a very good man, never to busy to answer questions or to just stop and say hi. He will be missed in our community. Rest in peace !!!

Victor Norman was one of the finest men I have ever known. A true gentleman, he was a caring and compassionate person; an honest, hard-working businessman and an outstanding public servant.
As a County Legislator and our first County Administrator, Vic set the gold standard for public service. He was instrumental in making Herkimer County a better place to live and work.
Vic was my mentor and confidante. I will be ever grateful to him for his friendship and guidance. Theresa and I and our family extend our deepest sympathy to the entire Norman family. We take comfort in knowing he is now reunited with his beloved Barbara, his partner in every aspect of his life.
